How to Join St. Paul Lutheran Church

Joining the St. Paul faith family is not required to gather together with us for worship or to participate in the life of the church; however, it is a great way to embrace our mission of making disciples who GATHER, GROW, and GO.

Being part of our faith family means you are committed as a follower of Jesus to gathering with us for worship and other family get-togethers.

It means that you want to grow in your relationship with Jesus and with your brothers and sisters in Christ by studying God's word and engaging with others in small groups.

Finally, it means you desire to be the hands and feet of Jesus by serving the church, the community of Hubbard Lake community and beyond. We are excited to get to know you and join the family!

Step 1: Check Us Out

Join us for worship in-person or live online on Sunday mornings. You can even worship on-demand. Feel free to stay for fellowship after worship or even Bible class.

Step 2: Contact Pastor

Pastor Joe would love to sit down and meet with you and your family. It's a great opportunity not only to get to know one another, but also for him hear more about your faith and church background.

If you aren't familiar with what we believe, teach and confess as a church, Pastor will probably recommend you attend our 5 week "Foundations" class. If you are coming from a Lutheran background, most likely a simple transfer of membership or affirmation of faith will be fine!

Step 3: Commit to Jesus and the Faith Family

After chatting with Pastor and determining if you should take the "Foundations" course or not, make a commitment to Jesus and the St. Paul faith family and embrace the church's mission as your own!
